Why MFA? Recruiter accounts can view full candidate PII, internal screening notes, comp data, and ratings. MFA is required for every sign-in. Your session stays signed in and refreshes automatically — you won't be kicked out mid-task. Sign out from the menu when you're done on a shared device.
