What each role can do

Admin

Full access — manage team, edit company info, open new searches, approve shortlists, sign off on placements.

Hiring manager

View searches, review shortlists, schedule interviews, message the recruiter. Cannot add team members or change company-level settings.

Viewer

Read-only access to search status and the message thread. No write actions.
